I started with a mechatronics and software foundation — training that teaches you to see systems, find failure points, and build things that actually work under pressure.
That mindset translated into banking, where I managed $55M in SME portfolios at ADIB. Then into co-founding The Hanging House from a $27K investment in Anam's car garage — less than 200 square feet — into a $12M revenue business with 40+ staff and 8,500 sq ft of office space, now operating across UAE, KSA, London, and the USA.
I have project-directed Royal Sheikh commissions in UAE and KSA, executed the Dubai Metro Blue Line launch for UAE leadership, and taken campaigns across eight GCC cities. I specialize in financial optimization — finding where value leaks and engineering it back in — and I have represented the industry on stages from Dubai to London.
